Which is the best website to rent out expensive toys?

First off it all depends on what you mean with exactly expensive toys…

These could be anything from:

  • Brio trains (which when my kids were little -about 20 years ago) which were wooden these sets would eventually add up quickly to the hundreds of Euros;
  • To Robotic toys which cost thousands in themselves;
  • Collector item toys…

So ideally you should have lots of pages on your website to cover each niche and toy.

To know what your audience is asking for, the questions that may be they are looking to answer, in what stage of the buying cycle they are at… ALl these questions and much more is known as market research.

Once you have all the answers to questions your niche is asking:

  1. you BUILD the website.
    1. Remember that websites are living ‘pages’ and posts, they are not static as once were, they have evolved 😉
    2. Images for expensive toys must be of excellent quality;
    3. Give a chic – simple and bare – look to your website for easy flow of the end user (the customer);
    4. Have content the user can use with their children by guiding them to ask the child which colour is prefered etc…
    5. Because you have researched the information clients are looking to answer you have tons of articles to write up – content is flowing. Not to panic at the thought of tons of articles to write up for if you know your customers are looking for wooden trains, let’s say, then you have types of wooden trains Brio, Thomas the Tank engin, Ikea even all these can be quickly compared with photos and comments should you not feel up to writing 500 words or so 😉
  2. You must constantly be interacting with your audience on social media
    1. One account for each toy for you can not talk to a collectioner as you talk to someone buying AI toys, or play stations….
    2. Images used in the articles can be reposted on social media especially Instagram
    3. When visiting places that sell the toy in question a quick snapchat, instagram, facebook, twitter etc it only takes a couple of minutes to go through your accounts quickly on a mobile… You can also stock up on shots around Christmas time….
  3. Follow up with emails. This is often greatly overlooked and it is such a shame for once you have the person’s email then you can talk to them and post your articles to them directly, providing value at all times builds trust. Once trust is there then sales occur more happily than without it. And rarely do people buy first off now, they research content and information. Be that person.

These are just a few examples and I hope they give you an insight into how to make your own best website – otherwise you can have a window on Amazon which we do have a course on. Very detailed information is obtained from someone who has been doing this for over a decade so he knows his stuff, potholes to avoid and how to best negotiate with various wholesalers so that as you are using the vocabulary of a regular you get immediate respect and fair trade 😉

To give you all this information is very exciting to me and I hope you do get some value out of it and I can’t help wonder why not go the whole way and get your own digital education too? That way you would learn about the digital economy, where to place yourself to be seen and be the go to person, have a complete knowledge about all marketing aspects so that when you outsource you can converse with the service provider that much better and get more efficiency for you both. A win win situation all round. I learned all my marketing skills here and they are giving away a free trial bundle for 30 days… Test it and see for yourself http://catpayen.com/30daytrial

Enjoy the journey

A vital tool needed by all – FREE – Skype.

Today’s vital tool, Skype,  is to be talked of and yes it is needed by all! Not only is it free to download and use but it has revolutionised the way we do business too. The family life is not the same since it has arrived on the market…

This tool vital to our business is rather interesting read on wikipedia :

Skype

is a proprietary voice over Internet Protocol service and software application created byNiklas Zennström and Janus Friis, and owned by Microsoft since 2011.  The service allows users to communicate with peers by voice, video, and instant messaging over the Internet. Skype services are free of charge, and has also become popular for its additional features, including file transfer, and videoconferencing. Skype has 663 million registered users as of September 2011.[3]  Unlike other VoIP services, Skype is a peer-to-peer system rather than a client–server system, and makes use of background processing on computers running Skype software; the original name proposed – Sky peer-to-peer – reflects this.

So it’s an interphase that looks like this and when you call people their face comes up on the video, should you so want it to. For business purposes I prefer not to have the video option and concentrate on listening rather than seeing. It also has the advantage that you may not want to be seen either!  You can “call” just about anywhere in the world providing the internet connection is up to it and for your business it is very helpful as most people have acces to a ‘cyber café’ and hense skype.

Group chats

These are the nerve of the mindset of a group/team. When our mentors put one up I couldn’t really see the difference with normal one on one with my mentor, you could type in your question and when he could he would answer it.  By that I mean that my mentor was in Australia and so could not always be ‘live’ so questions typed in skype message box was fine.Skype leaves a number on the tool bar at the bottom of your computer screne to show you if you have messages or not (here 1 message). So you instantly know if your mentor or team has left you a message.  The group chats are out of this world as they go 24hrs when you are sleeping some other part of the globe is not so can answer any queries, it also uses the competances of every group member, and is a great way to stay pluged in, motivated and up to date. I would recommend these to all businesses whatever type.

This can change the family life too. When one of the parents is away on business for a while it is really a different scope when the view and sound of the person is there!  T was away a lot last year and so for christmas this year I figured instead of paying 300€ on phone bills why don’t I invest in a small laptop. We had our first skype session last week and it has made all the difference in the world, not only to the children who see Dad larking about in his hotel room it also brings it home to them that it is just that work and hotel rooms !!! Today I helped a collegue’s of T’s wife set it up and their daughters just 4 and 6 who have not really been without Dad for so long can speak to him and see him tonight and that makes my cockles warm. I wrote a thankyou comment to skype and now this article and also a video you can see here  http://youtu.be/CTKh5UYg7G4 .  I was in quite a rush to get the dog out and I do love to walk!

If you too would like to get on our skype group chat just skype me first name payencat

Crispy day for an internet entrepreneur

Crispy day for an internet entrepreneur

Today was the first day it has frosted and been so cold -3°C at 9am but with the sun shining and the sky a bluing one really can’t complain! The winter is driving in bang on time January (10th at that!).  I do love it when it is frozen as everything is white.

During my morning walk with Gibbs the dog, little white blob you see on all the videos! I had a flash and saw my old self as being one of those frozen plants…here is my video  http://youtu.be/khcJ3KlVrrA  You see untill quite recently my mindset was in a state of badness, doubt, darkness so on and so forth. It was the day when it rained so and I made it to my destination and when I got home I made this video  http://youtu.be/S3s52O0aee4  and since then yes I have stuck to my guns and made a blog post every day, so this hour has been found and gladly so.  It has helped me to not be frozen over nor be gelled in!

Crispy day for an internet entrepreneur

This made me feel like an old spring roll, yes the asian food, just locked in never being able to expand, never able to really live life as I wanted to. Not because any body stopped me, well that is not strictly true, I stopped me, but no longer I now liberate me and this is helping my business to grow. I am now able to do the advertising campagnes from start to finish and be happy, eager tfor he results to come rolling in…

Crispy day for an internet entrepreneur means that we should take every advantage life has to offer and not procrastinate. The forest and parks are our only real link with nature, unless you have a wopping garden – ours is 2.5hectars and not big enough!- you must take time to be out their gaining the energy the ether sends you via nature, plants, air and sky. To live in the present is not always easy to do, sometimes when I walk in the mornings I think about this that must be done, oh and must call… but all this is a waste of time really as my mind is like a sieve so these wonderful thoughts get put away some where  only to return during other moments when I can do nothing about them…Enjoy the present it will never come again ;) and learn to defrost let me empower you into it http://www.empowernetwork.com/almostasecret.php?id=catpayen
